Job summary

Anchor Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead mid-to-large scale construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate pre-construction activities, manage schedules, and lead buyouts while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in construction PM, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Procore, P6, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in construction project management, 3–5 years in mid-level PM roles.
• Proven track record managing medium to large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pre-construction phases and utilities setup.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project schedule updates.
• Lead project buyouts with subcontractors and vendors to ensure value.
