Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and affordable housing construction projects across South Florida. You will oversee vertical construction from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong general contracting experience and a proven ability to lead project teams while maintaining productive relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Track record delivering multifamily projects and ground-up developments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and change-management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Develop and maintain budgets, cash-flow projections, and financial reporting.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, negotiations, and buyout.
• Coordinate schedules with superintendents and resolve field issues.
• Oversee vertical construction activities including structural systems and MEP coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
