Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and affordable housing construction throughout South Florida. You will oversee vertical construction from preconstruction through completion, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and safety expectations are met.

The ideal candidate has strong GC experience, a proven track record delivering multifamily projects, and the ability to lead project teams while maintaining productive relationships with owners,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with a GC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs.
• Experience with multifamily ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants; lead meetings.
