Jobot is seeking a dynamic Lead Superintendent to oversee multifamily, condo, mixed-use and affordable-housing projects in Southeast Florida. You will manage multiple sites from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and top-quality construction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors across sites. Travel to various projects is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction management.
• Experience supervising multifamily, mixed-use, hotels.
• Ability to lead from planning to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of methods, materials, regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication with teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and budget while quality remains high.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs to follow specs.
• Manage on-site workers and subcontractors safely and efficiently.
• Inspect site regularly to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Identify issues early and implement timely solutions.
• Update clients and project managers on progress and issues.
