• Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost-control skills.
• Effective leadership and clear, proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, permitting, project documentation, and closeout.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication between development, construction, and field teams.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, cost, and construction challenges.
• Work with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and schedules.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to company standards.
