MPI is recruiting on behalf of a Florida-based general contractor for a Project Manager role in Miami. You will lead multifamily mid-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

The successful applicant will have experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction, strong budgeting, forecasting and contract administration, and excellent communication with clients and field teams.

• Experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction projects.
• Ability to lead project teams and drive schedule performance.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent contract administration and client liaison abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting.
• Support preconstruction planning and transition into upcoming projects.
• Maintain client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards.
