Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise multifamily projects in Miami and South Florida. You will serve as the main liaison among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities, while driving budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, deep construction knowledge, and a track record with Florida-based multifamily developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Experience with leading Florida-based GC on multifamily projects.

Responsabilités

• Project Oversight: primary liaison between owner and architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Budget Management: monitor project costs and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Schedule Coordination: develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Quality Assurance: implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections.
• Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety compliance.
• Contract Administration: review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Communication: facilitate clear communication among team members and resolve conflicts.
• Documentation: maintain meeting minutes, correspondence, and change orders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: address concerns and foster relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track.
