MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead major field projects in the US, coordinating client relations, subcontractors and vendors to meet schedules and budgets. You will oversee on-site supervision, design interpretation and critical change management to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and robust experience in civil infrastructure, earthwork, stormwater and utility projects within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains focus on meeting client needs and expectations across projects.
• Plans, organizes and staffs key field positions with leadership.
• Establishes objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Coordinates with client, subcontractors and vendors to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitors construction progress and ensures schedule and budget adherence.
• Represents the company in meetings and negotiations.
• Interprets designs and manages material deliveries and subcontractor needs.
• Prepares field design change requests and as-built drawings.
