Lutron Electronics Company, Inc is seeking a Construction Project Management Lead to manage large-scale commercial projects from design through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project plans, and maintain client relationships to ensure successful outcomes and long-term partnerships.

The role offers on-site opportunities at our PA locations and requires travel to project sites, with a focus on delivering excellence across the CPS team’s initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience on large-scale, complex projects; construction experience preferred.
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex lighting/control projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and facility teams.
• Drive service revenue growth by identifying upgrade, retrofit, maintenance, and expansion opportunities.
