Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Management Lead to oversee large-scale commercial lighting and window system projects from inception to handover.

This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and exceptional client service in a dynamic environment. The position requires a minimum 4 years of proven PM experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of the Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions that align with client requirements and goals.
• Represent Lutron at construction project meetings and drive issue resolution on site.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and facility teams.
