Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Construction Project Management Lead to join the Commercial Projects & Services team in the Western US. The role supports large-scale commercial projects across lighting control, window systems, and smart-building solutions with regular site visits and leadership responsibilities.

Based in SF or LA, this home-based position requires travel up to 25% and interaction with owners, developers, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects; construction industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time; valid US driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex lighting/control, shading, and smart building projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation to achieve milestones.
• Represent Lutron at construction project meetings and drive issue resolution at jobsites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Field Services, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes.
