Lutron Electronics seeks a Construction Project Management Lead to join the CPS Team supporting North American commercial projects. Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, you will lead complex lighting, shading, and smart-building initiatives from design through commissioning and turnover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects; construction industry experience preferred.
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other project management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• This is a home-based position requiring travel across the Western U.S.; reside in San Francisco, CA or Los Angeles, CA.

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of our Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions that align with client requirements and goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive service revenue growth by identifying upgrade, retrofit, maintenance, and expansion opportunities.
