Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Commercial Projects & Services (CPS) Team in the Lehigh Valley area. The role supports North American commercial projects and can be based in Coopersburg or Conshohocken, PA.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and manage project plans from design through turnover. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects (construction industry preferred).
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of the Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions that align with client requirements, operational goals, and industry best practices.
• Learn and apply new technology and processes to solve technical and logistical challenges.
• Represent Lutron at all levels of construction project meetings.
• Drive resolution to problems or challenges at a customer jobsite.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Lutron lighting control, shading, and smart building projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and facility teams.
• Manage commercial post-sale activities including contract negotiations, project profitability, and service agreements.
• Own customer satisfaction and retention through regular business reviews and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive service revenue growth by identifying upgrade, retrofit, maintenance, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training, coaching, and capability-building programs for partner project managers and delivery teams.
• Oversee service billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
