Job summary

Lutron Electronics seeks a Project Manager to join the Commercial Projects & Services (CPS) Team in the United States. Based at Coopersburg PA or Conshohocken PA, you will lead large-scale projects from design through commissioning, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, with travel 10–20% and a focus on growing service revenue and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of our Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions that align with client requirements, operational goals, and industry best practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and build trusted client relationships.
• Drive service revenue growth and post-sale activities including contracts and invoicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes.
