Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking Project Managers for its Commercial Projects & Services (CPS) Team to drive successful large-scale commercial initiatives from inception through commissioning and turnover. Roles based at our Coopersburg HQ or Conshohocken PA offices involve leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or PM tools.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of our Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions that align with client requirements, operational goals, and industry best practices.
• Learn and apply new technology and processes to solve technical and logistical challenges.
• Represent Lutron at all levels of construction project meetings.
• Drive resolution to any problems or challenges at a customer jobsite.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Lutron lighting control, shading, and smart building projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Manage commercial post-sale activities including contract negotiations, project profitability, and service agreements.
• Own customer satisfaction and retention through regular business reviews and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive service revenue growth by identifying upgrades, retrofit, maintenance opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training and capability-building programs for partner managers and delivery teams.
• Oversee service billing and accounts receivable processes and ensure timely invoicing.
