Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Bloomington, IN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects up to multi-million dollar scopes. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, trade contractors, and coordination with the Superintendent to drive project teams to timely, quality results.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, 6+ years of field leadership, strong scheduling and cost control skills, Procore/MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering with 6+ years of project management experience on contracts > $5M.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and project management software (MS Project, P6, Procore).
• Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, and project profitability processes.
• Ability to travel and work in varying climates; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, manage safety, budgets, contracts, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, design teams, owners, and trade contractors.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders for accuracy.
• Prepare and monitor submittals, pay applications, and project cash flow.
• Ensure quality and compliance with AP’s standards and processes.
