Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Project Manager in Bloomington, MN. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination on sizeable water projects, with travel as needed.

The role requires a track record of leadership in construction, strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and familiarity with OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• History of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software.
• OSHA 30 and safety requirements; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control assigned Water/Wastewater projects including safety, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare and update detailed construction schedules with the Superintendent.
• Manage project cost control, cash flow, and monthly pay applications.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders for coordination and accuracy.
• Ensure timely submittals and close-out procedures; maintain logs and documentation.
• Facilitate weekly site progress meetings with owners, design team, and trade contractors.
