Job summary

Adolfson and Peterson is seeking a Project Executive in Rochester, MN to lead the division’s project management activities and ensure alignment with AP’s strategic goals. You will oversee large-scale, complex projects and serve as the primary client interface while developing new business in the Rochester area.

The role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience, 4+ years of people leadership, and proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of people management experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control and project management software including Prolog, MS Project, P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex projects and project teams to deliver quality, timely results.
• Develop, manage and retain a best-in-class Project Management department.
• Manage budgets, pre-construction, construction and project teams for profitability.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction and design teams; review constructability and cost feasibility.
• Lead marketing, client relations and proposal efforts to win new projects.
• Ensure safety, staffing, and performance goals across projects.
