Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale construction programs from design through close-out. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

AIA experience is required. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and fluency in coordinating with clients and regulators.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles: planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, contract administration.
• Experience with large-scale commercial projects.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Primavera, CLI, Trimble.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication with clients, management, and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or PM; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for large, complex construction projects, including planning, design oversight, procurement, construction, billing, change orders and close-out; AIA experience required.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure milestones are met.
• Lead project teams including vendors, subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers; ensure collaboration and communication.
• Monitor project performance; ensure compliance with scope, quality, safety regulations and laws.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management, clients, regulatory authorities, and contractors for alignment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure site activities comply with regulations.
• Ensure quality control across all phases; manage inspections.
• Prepare for close-out with documentation and approvals; support from accounting.
• Deliver timely project billings and work with contractors to secure payments.
