Energy Jobline ZR in Manhattan, NY seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial/residential/industrial construction, proficiency with Procore/MS Project/Primavera, OSHA 30, and a driving license. Salary $90-120K with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial/residential/industrial construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• OSHA 30 certification; PMP certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and permitting requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve delays or budget overruns.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate with estimating and procurement teams during bidding and material sourcing.
