Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate designated construction projects. You will work with clients, government representatives, general contractors, and senior management to ensure goals are met within time and budget.

You will also manage the project team, provide performance feedback, and participate in staffing decisions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 5+ years in construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement checklists for due diligence and site feasibility analysis of regulatory requirements, entitlements, and constructability for new land acquisition/development projects.
• Approve drafts of preliminary master project schedules and development budget estimates and oversee expenses and milestone deliveries.
• Coordinate with development teams and design consultants to review technical aspects and track value engineering elements.
