Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 who will direct the construction of large, complex projects from inception to completion. The role includes providing leadership, ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate needs a bachelor's degree in construction or a related field, extensive experience in project management, and proficiency in project management software. This position requires travel and occasional evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in commercial construction project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of P&L responsibility on major construction projects.
• Ability to manage programs and projects with the Director of Operations and Director of Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, accountable, and competent leadership for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and coordination meetings to understand constructability.
