Executive Construction seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multiple projects in the Chicago area. You will drive preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling, while coordinating purchasing, contracts, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 7–10 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through preconstruction and contract execution.
• Develop and manage master project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee bidding, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure contracts and proposals align with project goals and risk management.
• Manage project cash flow, payments, and financial reporting.
• Mentor and train Assistant PMs and PMs on company procedures.
• Grow business development by nurturing client and partner relations.
