Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience with proven scheduling ability.
• Strong safety management and ability to lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field operations on medium to large projects and mentors team members.
• Develops and manages overall construction schedules and plans.
• Reviews trade partner scopes and supports permitting process.
• Manages project safety plans, site walk-throughs, and corrective actions.
• Leads preconstruction planning, progress meetings, and recovery plans when needed.
