Accenture Construct is hiring a Construction Manager in the United States (California) to lead public-sector projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will work with owners, designers, inspectors, and end users to drive schedules, budgets, and quality.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of progressive construction management experience with strong communication skills and a track record in coordinating complex public facilities.

Formación

• 5–10 years of progressively responsible construction management experience, preferably in public-sector projects.

Responsabilidades

• Represent and advise public agency clients throughout preconstruction, construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
• Participate in design reviews and constructability evaluations to identify conflicts, coordination issues, and construction risks.
• Provide field-level construction management and monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and contract compliance.
• Administer and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contractor correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Review contractor schedules, progress updates, sequencing, and recovery plans; identify impacts to milestones.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, inspectors, and facility end users to resolve issues.
• Support cost management, change order evaluations, progress payment reviews, and project reporting.
• Coordinate startups, testing, commissioning, and Owner training; ensure operational readiness.
• Support project closeout, including as-built documents, warranties, and final turnover.
