Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise complex projects from start to finish. You will interpret contracts, collaborate with architects and engineers, and monitor progress and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience, preferably on airport projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects and packages from start to finish.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables with other specialists.
• Interpret and explain contracts, requirements and technical information to other professionals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers and other construction specialists.
• Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project.
• Ensure project compliance with legal requirements and codes.
• Onsite at client site with flexibility for day, swing, and night shifts.
