• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 10+ years of overseeing and managing higher education program/project portfolios.
• Experience across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases with problem-solving and decision-making.
• The ability to stand, sit, walk, lift 40 pounds, and endure PPE requirements and harsh site conditions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll oversee day-to-day contract administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures.
• Development, coordination, and management of project scopes, ensuring alignment with project objectives, contract, and stakeholder requirements.
• Regularly review project scopes for changes, ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements and regulatory standards.
• You’ll develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure all financial goals are met.
• Review contractor proposals, change orders, pay applications, and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with contract terms and milestones.
• Review and negotiate contractor change orders and claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
• You’ll establish and maintain project schedules, including milestone deadlines and completion dates.
• Ensure all team members are aligned with the project timeline and manage critical path tasks.
• You’ll have a complete understanding of construction documentation, bidding procedures, startup/closeout, and pay applications.
• You’ll communicate project updates to stakeholders and prepare detailed reports on progress, budget, and risks.
