Accenture is seeking a senior construction leader to own and deliver municipal public works and infrastructure programs onsite with clients in California. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while leading multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related field, 15+ years in construction management on public projects, and California licensure or CCM.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, plus either a valid California PE license and/or CCM.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience on municipal/public infrastructure projects, including direct responsibility on Orange County projects.
• Experience supervising project teams and managing multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record managing municipal roadway/street projects and public facilities from construction through closeout.
• Ability to travel locally and work onsite with clients to enable delivery and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety for municipal public works and community infrastructure projects.
• Lead project teams including inspection staff and support personnel; provide direction and quality review of all deliverables.
• Manage agency client relationships, coordinate meetings, and handle issue resolution with contractors and agencies.
• Oversee construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, and schedule reviews.
• Ensure field changes are captured on record drawings and maintain project documentation to client standards.
• Support business development including proposal prep and client presentations in the Orange County market.
