Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned professional to lead large, integrated construction programs on-site in California. You will coordinate with stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to ensure design, budget, and execution stay aligned across complex data-center and public-infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of engineering/construction experience, a CA driver’s license, and a four-year degree in construction management or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of focused engineering and construction experience.
• Valid California Class C driver's license.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in construction management or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, engineers, and contractors.
• Facilitate meetings and deliver progress updates to stakeholders.
• Align project design, budget, and execution to ensure consistency.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site.
• Represent the Agency in interactions with consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate wastewater, water, recycled water, and sewer projects with other departments and outside agencies.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and implement work plans to achieve unit objectives.
• Apply best practices and quality standards across areas of responsibility.
• Enforce safe work practices and maintain safe working conditions.
