• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects, preferably with large project values.
• Three years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor operations for safety and compliance.
• Review operations for WISHA and DLI requirements.
• Maintain contract records on progress, budgets and work orders.
• Collaborate with contractors to verify plans, quality, and construction requirements.
• Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with plans and permits.
• Prepare project reports and review daily inspection reports.
