Job summary

Hargrove EPC seeks an experienced construction manager to deliver industrial projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee a team, apply project controls, coordinate with design leaders, and manage client relationships on multiple projects of varying sizes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial construction management, a relevant degree, and a license preference. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial construction management experience.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments and track progress.
• Ensure safety-first practices and compliance with project controls.
• Coordinate with design leaders and clients to manage scope and changes.
• Review vendor drawings, specifications, and submittals for conformance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure on-time project delivery.
