Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced construction manager to deliver safe, on-time project services within budget and quality expectations on moderately complex projects. The role requires a decade of industrial construction management experience and familiarity with project controls, design criteria, and safety programs.

You will lead a team, coordinate with design leaders, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.
• General Contractors License highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project-related experience.
• Knowledge of project controls tools and company engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments on moderately complex projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements and zero-accidents goals.
• Coordinate with design leaders, contractors, and clients for progress and quality.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals for conformance to specs and drawings.
• Manage client relationships in complex situations and communicate expectations clearly.
• Support startup and field activities, and participate in design phase services.
