Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a senior construction manager to deliver complex industrial projects on schedule, within budget, and to exacting safety and quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate design and field activities, and uphold Hargrove’s project controls framework across multiple projects of varying size.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial construction management, a relevant degree, and a General Contractor License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial construction management or related field.
• Bachelor or higher in construction science or related discipline preferred.
• General Contractor License highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Ensure safety compliance and zero-accident focus on site.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and field teams to drive progress and decisions.
• Manage client relationships and communicate scope changes effectively.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals for conformance with specs.
