Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee total delivery of services safely, on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations on moderately complex projects. The role requires progressive experience in construction management, with strong emphasis on safety, client relations, and project controls.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in industrial construction management, a relevant degree, and a General Contractors License.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with project scope, specifications and design criteria.
• Promote relationships with clients throughout the project.
• Coordinate contractor activities to avoid lost time.
• Review vendor drawings and construction submittals for input.
• Oversee safety and on-site compliance.
• Provide on-site assistance during startup.
