Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a construction coordinator to manage small to moderate industrial construction projects. You will plan and coordinate daily field activities with contractors, ensuring safety standards and schedule milestones are met under general supervision.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Monitor contractor progress against milestones and adjust plans to mitigate delays.
• Serve as the first-line coordinator for all contractor activities on site.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and manage client relationships in complex situations.
