Job summary

Lowe is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family development efforts in the Orange County area. You will support a Senior PM, coordinate with GC and design teams, and manage schedules, budgets, and permits from pre-construction through closeout.

You will oversee design meetings, document decisions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and project requirements. A LEED AP credential is preferred and 5–10 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, on-site management, and contracting.
• Exceptionally strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Accreditation as a LEED AP, or experience with LEED certified projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager by performing assigned responsibilities.
• Perform oversight and coordination of the general contractor to facilitate implementation of the Project in conformance with the established objectives and commitments.
• Assist with the design of the project by participating in design meetings and client/end user coordination meetings, and promptly issuing minutes, documenting decision, directions, action items and due dates.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the permitting process to obtain all necessary construction permits in accordance with the project schedule
• Assist with management of the Architect, Consultants and General Contractor’s performance of the work during the pre-construction and construction phases in accordance with the project schedule.
