Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Experience leading multifamily design projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and invoicing to ensure project performance.
• Collaborate with Core & Shell teams for integrated project solutions.
• Guide design development, documentation, coordination, and construction.
• Identify challenges early and implement creative solutions.
• Mentor team members and promote a collaborative culture.
• Build strong client relationships and pursue repeat business.
