Job summary

Lowe is seeking a VP Project Construction Manager to lead a 408-unit multifamily podium project (The Carina) in Santa Ana, CA. You will coordinate with the design team, GC, and client, manage the schedule and budget, and drive close-out and transition to operations after completion.

The role includes future development work, including East Plaza improvements, under Lowe’s Retail ReVision strategy. A strong emphasis on documentation, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management (estimating, budgeting, scheduling, on-site management, contracting).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• LEED AP accreditation or LEED experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management and coordination among general contractor, design team, and client to meet project objectives.
• Lead design meetings, document decisions, and track action items and due dates.
• Manage permits, schedules, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and payments; track cash flow and forecasts.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and close-out documentation.
• Support selection of Architects, Consultants and General Contractors through RFQ/RFP processes.
