Job summary

Lowe, a privately held real estate company, seeks a VP Project Construction Manager for an active multifamily project (Carina). Lead coordination across design, construction, and operations for a $100M+ scale development, with future mixed-use opportunities in Lowe’s ReVision strategy.

You will manage schedules, budgets, RFQ/RFP processes, and close-out documentation while guiding the project to on-time, on-budget delivery and warranty readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, on-site management, and contracting.
• LEED AP accreditation or LEED experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management with the general contractor, design team, and client to meet objectives.
• Lead design meetings and document decisions, actions, and due dates.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders and manage permits.
