• Coordinates daily onsite construction activities with owner and contractors.
• Develops and tracks project schedules, reports deviations, and recommends changes.
• Ensures compliance with contract documents, codes, and QA/QC processes.
• Maintains project records and prepares closeout documentation.
• Mentors construction administration staff and promotes safety on site.
