Job summary

You will coordinate with owners, contractors and design professionals to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across diverse projects.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, schedule development and closeout documentation, with emphasis on cost control and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• OSHA and MSHA training and certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily onsite construction activities with owner, contractors, design professionals.
• Develops and monitors project schedules; reports deviations.
• Ensures cost, schedule, and quality standards are met.
• Prepares final documentation for closeout.
• Promotes a safe workplace and mentors field staff.
