Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value engineering and design initiatives from concept through completion.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental disciplines, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance and client satisfaction. As a trusted advisor, you will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder expectations; mentor junior staff; lead

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
PE, P.Eng or RA license required; PMP certification preferred.
12–20 years of progressive experience in engineering and design project management.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
Define scope, schedules, budgets; ensure alignment with client goals and strategy.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure QA/QC and regulatory adherence.
Manage client relationships, proposals, pricing, and business development.
