Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily onsite construction activities with owner and contractors.
• Assists development of project schedules and tracks deviations.
• Reports inconsistencies with contract documents and codes.
• Schedules reviews and inspections.
• Maintains records of work performed and inspected.
• Reports to project team on construction status and issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety controls and promotes safety.
• Trains and mentors construction administration staff.
• Uses design management knowledge in project delivery.
• Prepares closeout documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
