Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for Global Engineering Services North America Startup Engineering Risk Management. You will own the lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects, delivering new builds, retrofits, and program initiatives in the facility network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or in a related construction discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of challenging projects with internal/external teams, delivering objectives across geographies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to set milestones and drive schedules.
• Manage execution efforts for systems and automated equipment designs per standards and guidelines.
