Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional Construction Manager to lead cross-functional projects within Global Engineering Services NA Startup Engineering Risk Management. You will own project objectives, set priorities, and drive schedules with internal and external teams.

You will guide a team of Construction Managers across North America, translating input into clear goals while ensuring timely handovers and adherence to safety, quality, and budget standards.

Formación

• Experience managing a team.
• Experience in management of construction quality systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager, Architect, or in a related construction discipline.
• 7+ years of project and program management experience spanning design phase through construction completion and operational handover.
• 7+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• Experience leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across a multi-project or multi-site portfolio.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Position includes travel up to 50% (Nationwide).

Responsabilidades

• Work independently with internal and external teams to manage project lifecycles and deliver objectives.
• Participate in firm engineering reviews and influence solutions at system level.
• Set priorities, milestones, and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead execution efforts for system and equipment designs per standards and guidelines.
• Document meetings and decisions; ensure alignment with partners and vendors.
• Communicate project status, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Articulate system/equipment designs to internal customers and partners.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Build strong relationships across projects and stakeholders.
• Identify and drive cross-team process improvements.
• Travel up to 50% domestically; adapt travel intensity as needed.
