Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced Regional Construction Manager to lead construction programs across North America. You will manage a team of construction professionals, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of complex systems and installations.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) and collaboration with vendors, operations teams, and senior leadership to align objectives and drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager, Architect, or in a related construction discipline.
• 7+ years of project and program management experience spanning design phase through construction completion and operational handover.
• 7+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• Experience leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across a multi-project or multi-site portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs per established standards and guidelines.
• Manage schedules, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to set priorities, milestones, and drive schedules.
• Mentor regional Construction Managers across North America and build high-performing teams.
