Job summary

You will own scheduling, risk mitigation, and handover to internal partners, coordinating with vendors and customers to meet timelines while maintaining safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Architect/Engineer/Construction Manager or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management from design through handover.
• 5+ years negotiating construction, procurement, or labor contracts.
• 5+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with internal and external teams to manage project lifecycles and deliver objectives.
• Participate in firm engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
• Set priorities, milestones, and drive schedules with stakeholders.
• Lead execution for designs, qualifications, and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead meetings with clear objectives and decisions.
• Communicate project status with risk analysis and leadership summaries.
• Articulate system/equipment designs to internal customers.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across projects.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and delivery.
