Job summary

• Experience in handling liability claims and litigation.

• Deep knowledge of coverage, liability and damages analysis.
• Experience with complex/severe claims and litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned claims and provides quality service.
• Investigates claims with insured, policyholders and experts to determine liability.
• Manage discovery, litigation plan, and costs with panel counsel.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; establish reserves.
• Negotiate disposition of claims and pursue creative resolutions.
• Maintain file quality and comply with internal guidelines.
