Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Executive for Clark Water to lead and oversee field operations on wastewater projects. You will supervise self-performed and contracted work, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong scheduling, leadership, and client-management capabilities across complex projects. You will participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, mentor teams, and manage contractual obligations while maintaining Clark’s

Qualifications

• 12+ years of wastewater treatment project experience.
• Experience leading large dam/reservoir/heavy civil projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans across multiple audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: integrity, accountability, resilience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work.
• Implement safety programs and conduct safety inspections.
• Create work sequencing plans, manage site logistics, track materials and personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical milestones.
• Communicate schedule with contractors and stakeholders; run multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Manage client relationships and represent the company professionally.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training.
