Job summary

Clark Water in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Construction Executive to lead field operations on wastewater projects, supervising self-performed and subcontracted work while ensuring safety and quality. You will develop schedules, manage site logistics, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor teams, cultivate client relationships, and ensure compliance with owner contracts, subcontracts and KPIs. Extensive experience in large civil projects and OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience on wastewater treatment projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes: scheduling, contracts, equipment, personnel.
• Ability to lead field operations and communicate plans across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations and ensure timely, cost-effective installation of contracted work.
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Develop and update project schedules; communicate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings and develop recovery schedules.
